The Basecamp Guide: How it Works

 

 

1. The Friday Box Giveaway

Every Friday afternoon, we randomly select one active member from our Basecamp community to receive a Signature 4-Pack of our 5oz stuffed cookies—our treat.

 

• The Announcement: We’ll post the winner on our Instagram and Facebook stories every Friday.

• The Delivery: If your name is drawn, we’ll reach out via email to coordinate a hand-delivery or pickup that fits your schedule.

​

• The "Smile" Clause: The only thing we ask in return is that we can take a quick photo of you smiling with your box to share with the rest of the community on our social media!

​

• Automatic Entry: As long as you are officially "at Basecamp" (signed up for our updates), you are automatically entered to win every single week.

​

 

2. The Buddy System (Refer-a-Friend)

 

The best parts of the journey are meant to be shared. When you introduce a friend to Basecamp, we want to say thank you.

 

• For your friend: Tell them to use the code GETGOODSTUFF at checkout. This adds a Free Bonus Cookie to their very first box order.

​

• For you: Remind them to put Your Name in the "Notes" section at checkout. Once their order is confirmed, we’ll email you a private code for a Free Signature Cookie to be added to your next order.

 

 

3. Basecamp Gear Drops

 

We occasionally release limited-edition gear—from our signature "Good Stuff" hats and shirts to unique stickers, etc. 

 

Basecamp members get the first look and the first chance to buy new gear before it hits the general public.

 

Random Giveaways: Every now and then, we’ll surprise our community by tucking a piece of gear into a Friday Box or running a members-only gear giveaway on our social media.
